Eric has been a real estate developer and leasing company owner in Gainesville for over 20 years.  After attending the University of Florida he built his business from the ground up, starting with a 5 bedroom house which he rented to his friends.

He is well know for developing Windsor Hall, Jackson Square, and many other properties still used by students today.
